We are a family friendly campsite and we strictly do not allow under 18’s unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult and groups of teenagers will not be permitted. No commercial vehicles allowed on the campsite.
Facilities
The Oven is a popular choice for family camping holidays on the island. It’s located centrally, close to the villages of Mengham and West Town and just 20 minutes on foot to the main beach area and fairground. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and eateries including fish and chips of course!

Conditions:
We require a £22.50 deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Minimum booking is for 3 nights on a bank holiday whether starting on a Friday or Saturday. We are a family campsite and as such will accept bookings from families and couples. Any group bookings need to be approved with the office.
Please note: Deposits of £22.50 are non refundable.
Cancellation of your booking must be made at least 14 days before arrival to receive a refund for the booking less the deposit. Any cancellations less than 14 days before your booking will not receive a refund. Amendments to the date of your booking can be made up to 7 days before your booking.

Here at The Oven, we offer caravan seasonal pitches. This means you can come and enjoy a hassle-free holiday throughout the season. We are open from 1st March to the 31st October. Your pitch fee includes winter storage while we are closed.
